Florida Auto Trim Warranty & Return Policy Warranty Policy All kits are warranted to fit properly and be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. NOTE: Burl wood may have seams, irregular color and grains. This is Common and is not considered a defect. We strongly recommend the use of a sun shade after installing our dash kits. This warranty does not cover products which have been altered, abused, or installed improperly. Wood Trim Dash reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion. All warranty kits or pieces are put through our system charge and credit with return.
Return Policy We will only replace dashes for the following 3 reasons: (1) As outlined in our warranty policy. (2) Incorrect dash shipped. (3) Dash damaged during shipping. Please contact us by phone at: (352) 527-0577 or by e-mail at: returns@woodtrimdash for a Return Authorization Number for any of the above reasons. All returns must: (1) Be authorized by our Returns Department BEFORE shipment. (2) Have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) printed on all forms and boldly on the outside of the package. (3) Include the reason for return. (4) Clearly state Name, Address and Phone Number. (5) The invoice that the item was originally ordered on MUST accompany the package. Please read the following instructions carefully as we will no longer accept or be responsible for any merchandise being returned that does not have an RA# When you need to make a return, call us at: (352) 527-0577. Have INVOICE NUMBERS and the Year, Make, Model, and Color of the dash kit ready at this time. After evaluating the request, an RA# will be issued. Upon receipt, the return will be inspected and we will credit or replace accordingly. In extremely urgent cases, we will send you a replacement in advance and charge your account. After the damaged kit has arrived and is accepted, we will apply credit to your account. The required materials for all returns must include: (1) Your RA# (2) All corresponding Invoice Numbers (3) Returned items separated into individual kits / pieces. On occasion, we may accept returns from distributors. The decision to accept the return of new kits that were ordered by the distributor is solely the decision of the Returns Dept. These returns MUST: (1) Be in the original packaging. (2) Be in new condition (as determined by Wood Trim Dash) for resale. The following items are NEVER returnable: Special Orders, Used Items, Sale Items, Close-Outs, Partial Kits Our liability ends upon repair or replacement. We do not give credit for dash kits repaired or replaced under warranty. |
